Jackgreen customers
On 19 December 2009, the Minister for Energy issued a media release stating that the energy retailer Jackgreen had ceased operation [download media release].
This meant that Retailer of Last Resort arrangements were implemented.

As stated in the Minister for Energy media release, Jackgreen customers will be contacted by a retailer over the next few weeks to complete the switch, update customer information and ensure all rebates and programs are carried forward.
In the first instance, former Jackgreen customers who have an enquiry or problem should contact their new retailer. However if you are not able to identify your new retailer or resolve a problem please contact EWON.
