We'll be joining Pat Conroy MP, Federal Member for Shortland, for a Seniors Expo event to help customers tackle cost of living issues. Come and chat to our Outreach team so we can see what rebates and vouchers you may be entitled to and to get help to reduce your bills.
We can help:
- review and explain your bill
- check your rebate entitlements
- talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
- resolve complaints
- help set up payment plans
- provide information on bill comparisons and how to save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
What to bring:
- current electricity and gas bills
- past bills and letters from providers
- concession cards.
The Expo will feature a variety of stallholders including Services Australia, Australian Taxation Office, Seniors Rights Service, Services NSW, Optus and many others, designed to promote community engagement amongst seniors.
