We are a not-for-profit organisation providing free, independent and informal dispute resolution services to all NSW electricity, gas and some water customers.

We receive, refer and resolve complaints, influence energy and water public policy and conduct community engagement activities in line with our Constitution and Charter. Our work is underpinned by our Tealprint July 2021 – June 2025
