We can investigate a range of solar energy issues, provided one of our member companies is involved. Issues we can help with include:

- application of the feed-in tariff
- meter problems
- payment plans
- disconnection
- supply delays.
However we don't have jurisdiction over newer products and services like solar batteries, peer-to-peer trading and electric vehicles (unless your complaint is about an electric vehicle bill at your home). If a complaint is out of our jurisdiction, we'll refer you to an agency that can help.
