Our Constitution requires that an independent review be conducted of EWON at least every five years.
The EWON Board has selected Dr Gavin McBurnie supported by Professor Chris Gill to conduct the 2024 review.
The 2024 review will look at how well EWON complies with the Australian Government’s Benchmarks for Industry-based Customer Dispute Resolution and follow up on recommendations from the 2019 review.
We invite you to respond to the call for submissions. Please be advised that any submission should be sent to EWONreview@qmu.ac.uk by 31 July, 2024.
Submissions must be made in accordance with the Terms of Reference.
These periodic reviews are a valuable opportunity for EWON to better understand the value we bring, while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
