- Recharge and Energise Community Workers Forum
Recharge and Energise Community Workers Forum
We work closely with community workers across NSW, and know this year has been particularly challenging for everyone working in the Northern Rivers region.
We’d like to offer local Community Workers a day to recharge yourselves and your energy and water knowledge.
As your clients try to rebuild after the floods, and energy prices rise, our free, day-long forum will explain how EWON and other organisations can help consumers experiencing vulnerability.
We’re keen to hear about the energy issues your clients are currently dealing with and we'll provide you with the latest information about how Ombudsman schemes, energy regulators and consumer networks are supporting customers.
We are pleased to confirm the following line-up of speakers including:
- Clare Savage, Chair, Australian Energy Regulator
- Janine Young, Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW
- Paul Miller, NSW Ombudsman
- Emma Curtis, Lead Ombudsman, Insurance, Australian Financial Complaints Authority
- Jane Gibson, Senior Coordinator, Real Estate and Property, NSW Fair Trading
- Kieran Keane, Engagement Manager, Beyond Blue
