Parramatta Energy & Water Bill Support Day

We are pleased to announce another new Energy & Water Bill Support Day for residents and small businesses in the Parramatta area each month. All are welcome.

Held in partnership with Parramatta Mission, our EWON specialist staff can:

• provide a bill review to help you understand billing, including the various charges 
• check your eligibility for rebates
• help to resolve energy and water complaints
• negotiate with your retailer to resolve contract issues and establish payment plans 
• provide tips on how to reduce energy and water consumption.

Where: Parramatta Mission, 119 Macquarie Street, Parramatta (ground floor entrance)
When: Last Wednesday of each month starting 27 July 2022
Time: Face to face appointments available between 9am - 3pm
