Meet the Ombudsman - Legal Aid NSW event

Helen Ford, Deputy Ombudsman from EWON will join the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO), Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) and the Australian Small Business & Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO).

Hosted by Legal Aid NSW, to help people find out about where and when to take complaints about a service or organisation. 

The event was developed for community workers, financial counsellors, and other advocates assisting consumers with casework issues.
