Our Outreach team will be joining the Boomerang Bags craft day in Lithgow to provide information and resources for the community. Bring your latest electricity, gas and water bills with you so you can see what rebates and vouchers you may be entitled to and get help to reduce your bills.
We can help:
- review and explain your bill
- check your rebate entitlements
- talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
- resolve complaints
- help set up payment plans
- provide information on bill comparisons and how to save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
What to bring:
- current electricity and gas bills
- past bills and letters from providers
- concession cards.
