Need support with bills, financial assistance, relief schemes or filling in government related forms? Our friendly Outreach team will be at the Bring Your Bill and Fill Your Form Day in Liverpool, hosted by Dai Le MP. There will be experts from government agencies, community and non-for-profit organisations available to assist.
Bring your latest electricity, gas and water bills with you so you can see what rebates and vouchers you may be entitled to and get help to reduce your bills.
Volunteers will provide help in Vietnamese, Arabic, Serbian and Mandarin.
We can help:
- review and explain your bill
- check your rebate entitlements
- talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
- resolve complaints
- help set up payment plans
- provide information on bill comparisons and how to save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
What to bring:
- current electricity and gas bills
- past bills and letters from providers
- concession cards.
