Our friendly Outreach team will be at the Bring Your Bill Day in Cabramatta, hosted by Ryan Park MP, Alison Byrnes MP, and Paul Scully MP.
The Hub will bring government and non-government services together to empower NSW customers to tackle cost of living issues effectively. Bring your latest electricity, gas and water with you so you can see what rebates and vouchers you may be entitled to and get help to reduce your bills.
We can help:
- review and explain your bill
- check your rebate entitlements
- talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
- resolve complaints
- help set up payment plans
- provide information on bill comparisons and how to save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
What to bring:
- current electricity and gas bills
- past bills and letters from providers
- concession cards.
You will also be able to speak to representatives from:
- Service NSW
- Sydney Water
- Services Australia
- Homelessness and housing services
- Multicultural services
- Legal and tenancy services
- Local NGOs who can provide direct financial relief and other federal and state government agencies
