Our friendly Outreach team will be at the Cost of Living Help Hub in Lidcombe, hosted by Sally Sitou MP and Jason Yat-Sen Li MP.
The Hub will bring government and non-government services together to empower NSW customers to tackle cost of living issues effectively. Bring your latest electricity, gas and water bills with you so you can see what rebates and vouchers you may be entitled to and get help to reduce your bills.
There will be language support: Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean speaking representatives will be available to assist.
We can help:
- review and explain your bill
- check your rebate entitlements
- talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
- resolve complaints
- help set up payment plans
- provide information on bill comparisons and how to save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
What to bring:
- current electricity and gas bills
- past bills and letters from providers
- concession cards.
You will also be able to speak to representatives from:
- Centrelink
