NSW Small Business Month is a month-long program for small businesses across New South Wales to attend events aligned to their individual business interests. This year’s program has been designed to provide small businesses with quality opportunities to network, develop skills and gain knowledge.
There is a program of speakers covering strategic planning for success; practical sessions on small business set-up; how to increase sales and use AI for marketing with networking.
Our Outreach team will be there listen to the needs of small business; take complaints about electricity, gas or water issues; and provide information and resources.
We can help:
- review and explain your bill
- check your rebate entitlements
- talk to your retailers about outstanding issues
- resolve complaints
- help set up payment plans
- provide information on bill comparisons and how to save energy in your home and reduce your bills.
What to bring:
- current electricity and gas bills
- past bills and letters from providers
- concession cards.
You will also be able to speak to representatives from Service NSW, NSW Treasury, City of Parramatta Council, Sydney School of Entrepreneurship, Westpac, Industry Capability Network, Realise Business, NSW Fair Trading, Black Dog Institute, Seek, Digital Solutions, APM, Fair Work Ombudsman, Department of Home Affairs, ATO, Australian Design Council, Better Business Partnership, Vodafone Business and more.
