AHO tenants and water charges

We did it! We’re proud to have triggered the review of the Ministerial Guidelines that will make it easier for Aboriginal Housing Office tenants to query their water charges. This was a direct result of our Aboriginal Community Engagement Officer listening to the issues tenants faced in Far and Central West NSW and our Policy team acting on them. The new Guidelines ensure greater transparency around charging and tenant rights.
